Club Lime Palmerston

Located in the upstairs section of the Oasis Shopping Village this club is made up of two levels with two very different looks and designs. Upstairs you will find TechnoGym’s wide rage of cardio equipment; pin and plate loaded machines; a large free weights area and a functional training zone. There is also a large studio for live, instructed group fitness classes and and also our virtual class program called Fitness on Demand. In this program you will find over 100 different classes to choose from. Upstairs, you will also find the creche. Supervised creche is available 6 days per week with the specific times and how to book shown below.

Downstairs gives off a basement gym feel with the small amount of natural light and colourfully printed walls. You will find a second free weights area with a huge rage of free weights, pin and plate loaded machines to choose from. There is also an area for functional training and space to push the sled. This club will not disappoint!!
